To ensure concentricity you should do as much work as possible on the casting at the same time. You should be able to turn the outside rim of the casting, face the rim, face the boss and drill, bore and ream for the crankshaft all at the same setting. All you need to do then is to fit the outside jaws, reverse the casting in the chuck, tap it gently back onto the steps of the outside jaws and face across the second side of the rim and the hub. Use a bit of shim to protect the flywheel diameter. It does not matter if the flywheel runs exactly true or not as you are only facing it parallel and to width, not turning any diameters to size.
